Orders, delivery and returns

Orders are subject to New York purchase limits and to verification at pickup or delivery. Delivery is available only to eligible addresses in our service area, and minimums are set by ZIP code as shown on our delivery page. We may cancel any order that cannot be completed lawfully. State regulations prohibit the return of cannabis products once they leave our possession; contact us about any issue with an order.

Canna Club

Loyalty points are earned at one point per dollar on pretax, post-discount spend, expire 365 days after they are earned, have no cash value, and are redeemable in store only, one reward per transaction, subject to minimum purchases and a 24-hour cooldown. We may change or end the program with notice.

Responsible use

Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis. Keep products away from children and pets. Do not transport cannabis across state lines. Cannabis can be habit forming.
