The Canna Club is Upstate Canna Co.’s free loyalty program. Members earn one point per dollar on pretax, post-discount spend and redeem points for $5, $25, $60 or $100 off in store.

How much do rewards add up to?
The math favors saving up. Redeeming at 100 points returns $5, which is 5 cents back per point. Wait until 1,250 points and the reward is $100, or 8 cents per point. If you shop regularly, holding points for the top tier stretches your spend the furthest.
How do I join?
Tap the join button to sign up online. You can also ask any budtender to enroll you at the counter during your next visit. Membership is free.
Can I use a reward on top of a monthly deal?
No. Canna Club rewards cannot be combined with other sales or promotions, so a reward and a brand deal like a bundle price or a buy-one-get-one will not both apply to the same transaction. When both are available, do the math at the counter: on a large order the $60 or $100 reward often beats a single brand promotion, while on a small order the deal usually wins. Either way, you still earn points on what you pay, because points are counted after discounts are applied.

Points are earned on pretax, post-discount totals. Rewards are in store only, one per transaction, not combinable with other sales or promotions, and a 24-hour cooldown applies between redemptions. Points expire 365 days after they are earned.
Canna Club questions
How do I earn Canna Club points?
You earn one point for every dollar spent, calculated on your pretax total after any discounts. Points are added to your account automatically after each purchase, including online orders for pickup and delivery.
Is there a minimum spend to redeem a reward?
Yes. Each reward has its own minimum purchase: $10 to use the $5 reward, $50 for the $25 reward, $120 for the $60 reward, and $200 for the $100 reward. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Can I use rewards on delivery orders?
Rewards are redeemable in store only. You still earn points on delivery orders, and you can spend them the next time you visit 1613 Union St. Rewards cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.
Do Canna Club points expire?
Yes. Points expire 365 days after they are earned. A 24-hour cooldown applies between reward redemptions. You can check your balance in your digital wallet or by asking a budtender at the counter.
Why did I already have points when I joined?
When the Canna Club launched, we credited existing customers with points from a full year of past purchases. Those points are ready to use in store, subject to the same expiration and redemption rules as newly earned points.
