Why do zones 2 through 4 share the same minimum?
Because the drive, not the town name, sets the cost of a delivery run. Once a driver leaves the Schenectady and Colonie ring, every trip involves a highway leg: the Northway to Clifton Park and Saratoga, I-90 or Route 5 to Albany, Route 7 across the Hudson to Troy. A $100 floor keeps those runs sustainable while still covering the whole map.
The zones exist separately so we can adjust them independently later. If demand grows in Troy, for example, Zone 3 can change without touching Saratoga.
What can I order for delivery?
Everything on the menu that is in stock: flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals and accessories. State purchase limits apply per order, the same as in store.
What will the driver check?
A valid, physical government-issued photo ID for someone 21 or older at the delivery address. Drivers cannot hand an order to anyone under 21 or without ID, and the handoff happens at the address you entered at checkout.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Call the store at (518) 280-4289 as soon as you notice. State rules do not allow returns of cannabis products once they leave our possession, but we will look at the issue and work it out with you.
Is delivery the same price as in store?
Product prices are identical because both run off one menu. Canna Club points are earned on delivery orders, though rewards are redeemed in store only. Any delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
