Our commitment
Upstate Canna Co. wants every adult customer to be able to learn about our products, check delivery, and shop with us. We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
The site uses semantic HTML with a skip-to-content link, a logical heading structure, descriptive alternative text for images, visible keyboard focus, sufficient color contrast in both light and dark display modes, forms with labels and live-announced results, and support for reduced-motion preferences. Delivery maps include text tables of every ZIP code covered.
Known limitations
Our online menu at shop.upstate-canna.co is operated by a third-party platform, and some of its features may not fully meet our standards. If you run into trouble ordering, call us and we will take your order by phone or help you complete it.
